Privacy Policy

Arrow Flow · Effective 27 October 2026

This policy explains what information the Arrow Flow puzzle game ("the app") uses and why. The app is published by Jambojar Technologies ("we", "us"). We built the app so that it works without an account and keeps your game progress on your own device.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or any other personal details. The app has no sign-up or login. We do not run our own servers that receive data about you; the usage statistics and crash reports described in section 4 are processed for us by Google Firebase.

2. Information stored on your device

To remember your progress, the app saves the following on your device only:

This saved progress stays on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it. Separately, anonymous gameplay statistics are sent as described in section 4.

3. Advertising

The app is free and shows optional rewarded video ads (for example, to get an extra heart or hint, and at some level transitions). Ads are provided by Google through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob / Google Ad Manager). To show, measure and protect ads, Google may collect and process:

Data Purpose
Advertising ID and other device identifiers Ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, personalisation (if you consent)
IP address and approximate location derived from it Ad delivery and fraud prevention
Device and app information (model, OS version, language, app version) Ad delivery, diagnostics and compatibility
Ad interactions (views, taps, video completion) Rewards, measurement and fraud prevention

Google's use of this information is governed by its own policy: Google Privacy Policy, and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Your choices. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and some US states), the app asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads). Non-personalised ads may still be shown.

4. Analytics, crash reports and performance

To understand how the game is played and to fix problems, the app uses three Google Firebase services. They do not receive your name, email or other personal details, and we do not try to identify you from this data.

Service What it collects Why
Google Analytics for Firebase An app-instance ID, the Advertising ID where available, device model, OS version, language, approximate country (from your IP address), app version, sessions and time in the app, and in-game events: levels started, finished or failed, retries, hints used, rewarded videos watched and their outcome, and changes to settings Measuring how many people play, which levels are too hard or too easy, and how ads and hints are used
Firebase Crashlytics Crash and error reports: the error and its stack trace, device model, OS version, free memory and storage, app version, the level being played and your settings at the time Finding and fixing crashes and bugs
Firebase Performance Monitoring App start-up time, screen rendering speed, timing of network requests the app makes (such as loading ads and the ads configuration) and how long it takes to build a level Keeping the game fast and smooth

Firebase's handling of this data is described in Privacy and Security in Firebase and the Google Privacy Policy. You can reset your Advertising ID in your device settings, which also stops it being linked to past analytics data.

5. Device permissions

6. Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone ourselves. The only third party that receives data through the app is Google: for advertising, as described in section 3, and for analytics, crash reporting and performance monitoring through Firebase, as described in section 4.

7. Children

The app is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.

8. Security and retention

Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data. Analytics event data is kept in Google Analytics for at most 14 months, and crash reports in Crashlytics for 90 days. Other data collected by Google is kept according to Google's own retention policies. Data is sent to Google over encrypted connections.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to its processing. Because we do not hold personal information about you, most requests can be handled directly on your device (by clearing app data, resetting your Advertising ID or managing ad settings) or with Google. You can also contact us, and we will delete the analytics data linked to your app installation on request.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
